Following service of the notice of arbitration on the other party and
after 28 days has elapsed following the service of the said notice,
either party may apply to the President for the time being of the
Chartered Institute of Arbitrators to make the appointment of a single
arbitrator if not agreed by the parties. The place of
arbitration shall be London England.
- If any part of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid by
any court having competent jurisdiction the validity of the remaining
terms will be unaffected. If Daniel Atkinson Limited or Daniel
Atkinson does not exercise any right or remedy under these terms and
conditions, this will not be taken to mean that they have been waived.
