Construction Law

In 2000 the Company was established primarily to provide easy access to information on commercial issues in the construction industry. That aim has been achieved with the publication of extensive articles on the Web and Case Databases to provide easy identification of important cases. The Company has commenced publication of practical books on construction topics, the first being Causation in Construction Law - one of the most difficult topics.

Training

As part of its main aim, the Company provides Training Service on commercial related issues both in UK and Internationally and both in open public sessions or privately for organisations. The Training can be tailored specifically to the needs of the organization.

Dispute Resolution

The Company has developed to providing additional Services in Dispute Resolution such as taking conduct of the case and representation as advocate in the most common forms of dispute resolution of mediation, adjudication and arbitration. The Company relies on the experience of Daniel Atkinson.

Daniel Atkinson

Daniel Atkinson is a construction specialist being both an Engineer and a Barrister (non-practising) specialising in the resolution of international engineering disputes and arbitrations. He has wide experience over some 40 years not only of engineering projects but in the last 20 years of negotiated settlements, mediation, adjudication and arbitration.
